The project, no matter residential or commercial, begins with an in-depth discussion with the client to learn what it is they are looking for. A typical beach or secondary home requires a lot of sunlight and many bedrooms for all of those out-of-town guests. Most clients would prefer a style conducive to the area. They often want it practical and efficient. In most cases, the true "beach" house will be of natural materials.
